My desire is to truly connect with each client on a personal level before actual arrival to the retreat via email survey/questionnaire so upon arrival we can go right to your personal growth in the areas of outside; skincare both face and body, then inside the mind, breathe, meditation, asanas, chakra open and awakening the inner body and soul while connecting through nature.

Kundalini Yoga symbolizes the uncoiling of the inner awareness of our spiritual nature. Kundalini Yoga is the means by which we can safely prepare to activate and channel Kundalini energy, to raise our consciousness through the chakras, and through which we can transform our heightened spiritual awareness into constructive action. Over this 90-minute session, we will investigate our latent spiritual potential along our Kundalini journey.
Alignment focus on Asanas
Asanas are the postures/poses when done CORRECTLY give your personal practice a safe experience. During this 90 minute session, you will choose the 5 poses you would like Janice to examined. We will first look at your alignment, the natural state of your body, the geometry, then I will assist you with adjustments personalized to your body structure.
What is meditation? Meditation is the process of getting to know yourself completely, both who I am "inside" and how I react to what is "outside". Through meditation, I discover a very different "me" from perhaps the stressed or troubled person who may seem superficially to be "me". I realize that my true nature, the real me, is actually very positive. I begin to discover an ocean of peace wherever I am. Another definition of meditation is a technique to control the fluctuations of the mind, which helps in creating peace and tranquility in the mind.
Pranayama is the vital life force connecting you to the universe. Becoming aware of your breath, really aware, is a practice all in itself. You have a natural breath, chest breath, diaphragm breath, abdominal breathing. Becoming aware of your breath brings you to the present, the here and now, and with practice gives you relaxation, a connection with yourself. You have naturally heard, "Take a deep breath, it will calm your mind"
